If your a gamer or a heavy downloader, go with a 7.1 Business line from Verizon DSL. I believe it cost around $100 + phone service. A friend of mine just got it.
Insight has great speeds, but their connection is unreliable due to their overloaded network. They just got bought out by Comcast, so we will see if it gets better.
