I've had VoIPo for about 9 months now. We had a rough start. When I joined I had problems making calls to Israel. There have been disconnections, dropped calls and just poor quality. The support team was very helpful in coming up with a solution and tried multiple solutions until we found the best case (which was still not perfect, but only minor annoyance from it). At March/April they had some rough times with their ISP I guess and the devices started losing connection. They had replaced all devices in May I think, and the problem went away.
Last month I've asked the support to try to fix the little annoyance on international calls (the normal ring tone was not played, so you would only start hearing after the other side picked up). After few changes on their end it was all fixed... Overall I'm happy with their services. Their support is much superior to Vonage or ViaTalk (3-4 hours waiting for a support every time I called, are you kidding?!), although they have limited support hours.
I would recommend them, but do expect some issues on the beginning... At least their staff really want to help!
