If you read at the top of the page they are basically going to "spy" on anyone doing business with the government.
They have every right to do that just as any company can record the communications their employees make.

Now if you show me an article where he is going to spy on Americans for no reason like Bush did then I will be worried.
I guess the hundreds of posts in DSLR that establish just that weren't enough to convince you.
So here's one more that also won't convince you. That's because it's full of reminders of what you already know.
