If you don't get it sent to you, I would do a manual activation and it should push the latest prl to you. I got 40053 this way and haven't seen it posted for downloading yet.
About your pps, it is Verizon pulling Sprint roaming off of their network and since Alltel is owned by them the Alltel prl's are dropping Sprint roaming fast.
