 Access Point Security

I manage three geographically disperse buildings that each have two multi-SSID capable access points in them. We have end users who we allow to bring their personal laptops in to use the Internet. Our organization is like a revolving door, so we change the encryption key every 45 days (or so).

I've been considering using RADIUS to grant and disable access, given RADIUS will allow me to get a log of when people access the network.

Does anyone know of a hosted (commercial is preferred, but I'll take anything at this point) RADIUS service? Or, alternatively, a self-contained RADIUS appliance?

I have very little IT resources and I need to be able to authenticate a user from any of the three sites. Users will have Windows, Linux, Mac clients that need to access the network. I prefer something that can be configured on the client side without downloading and installing software.

Thanks in advance.

Andrew
