Reps do not know anything and should not have given you this information. Once you are under a contract your plan has to be grand fathered in. ATN is a wonderful compnay and they have updated there website. www.atni.com. Atni is a power overseas company and has roaming agreements with the major carriers, without ATN then you would having roaming charges, ATN has agreements to prevent you to get roaming charges.
