How much should you pay for web hosting services?

Well like most things web hosting can be found in a variety of price ranges, anywhere from free to ridicoulsy expensive, and everywhere in between. The biggest problem with most free providers are your website is surrounded by several ads that are both distracting your vistors as well as they are randonly generating so at times there could be advertisments from some of your competitors. Very expensive sites offer a lot of extras that you don’t need or understand. Be sure to look over many different providers and don’t let cost be your only factor in deciding.

you can go in between. better go for cheap web host instead of free if you want decent website
another options is may web host offers you customization
you can customize packages to adjust cost
one example of such quality and cheap host is shopaserver

they offer customization of packages and also they are cheap with high quality

Who would rely on ad supported web hosting in a business environment anyways?

If I wanted a website that was going to be up all of the time or nearly all of the time, I wouldn't spend less than $10 a month on hosting it if it needed minimal resources. I think this whole industry is pricing itself out of business though.

Too many budget/start up hosts trying to get some quick cash on the side.

It didn't used to be like this.

Interlync.com offers basic web Hosting from $9.95 a month. But for Business class hosting services prices start at $29 - $39 a month and up.

I agree, there are tons of fly-by-night hosting services running websites from a residential Cable or DSL connections, no backups or generators on premises. A good host will have at least that much.

I think the majority are actually running them from Reseller accounts. I would seriously hope nobody would run them from their home.

Just curious: I just looked at your web hosting offers, are you aware you have no signup links?

Yes, very. Our Online signup was removed temporally for a few reasons, it should be back up soon.
We are a more hands on Company and want to be sure End Users get setup without issues. Our phone number is plastered all over the site or we can call you back.
