I also like the TA. My old Callvantage MTA-1 was literally a black box. Their upgraded D-Link router was also a black box. You couldn't log into the MTA-1 to get any useful data and the D-Link router was junk and didn't work right. |

But doesn't it say something that we see fewer complaints about Vonage, a company with 2 million or so customers, than about companies with a few thousand customers?
I just can't believe that companies that charge 1-2 cents a minute are using the same quality of upstream providers that Vonage is. |

It is saving me a ton of money on International calls with the World Plan.
Their customer service was exceptionally great in helping with a unique situation I had where I was porting out my vonage number which would have cancelled my account (which did not want do) and would have resulted in cancellation fees and possibly having to pay for two month service which I had got free because of referral. So the rep set me up with a another line (second line on the account free for one month which would become my primary line as soon as the first line number was ported out. I thought was a great way to keep an account while porting out the primary number. |
