the signal levels look okay, but all of those t3 timeouts and the modem resetting isn't normal if it's happening regularly. have they ever sent a tech out to take a look?

OMG, i just did a speed test, i got the full speed!!
what i discovered is the IP adress is differenet than before, i had 74.xxx before now is 68.xxx, is this the sign of fix?

this is afternoon i usually can get 40/3 before, now is solid 50/5, i will wait till 7pm and see if there is any slow down

by the way do you have fixxed ip for wideband or not? cuz i had the 74.xxx ip for a month before i change to this ip today

Hi, i just purchase a sb6120 with the firmware 1.0.1.8 and i got time warner to provision the modem but there is a constant drop where i have to restart the modem over and over like 10 times before i can get a steady signal before it drops again in a hour or so. The time and date that i am receiving on the modem is also wrong it is a day faster than the present time.

If anyone could help with this or suggestion i would to hear it.

I talk to a t3 like 3 times already and each one is telling it is fine the line looks good but then it drops as i talk to them. I even disconnected my router from the modem and attached directly to the computer and it still drops.

Please any time warner guys or anyone with knowledge to solve i would love you all. Or i will go to verizon dsl til fios rolls out for brooklyn in Sunset area.

Thanks.
