Are there any upgrades taking place on the southwest side of Chicago? WOW! will be performing maintenance in your area on the morning of October 28th, at 1:00 am local time. I wouldn't say slowdowns, as I still get ~2Mbps downloads, but I see huge spikes in download jitter in the early evening that seem to be wreaking havoc w/ my voip service as of late. I called customer support and they basically said I'm out of luck if I'm still getting my 2Mbps download speed. Is this anything like the problems you're referring to?

clocks11 join:2002-05-06 00000	Very noticeable slowdowns during youtube videos, or file downloads. Tried speed tests, that showed I was only getting a fraction of my normal speeds.

wiz561 join:2004-09-28	I just ran a speakeasy speedtest and I'm getting the speeds I am paying for. The upload is a tad slow, but it's not bad.
