Disconnections, Timeouts with 7mb

I did 2 line tests at different times with identical results:

»/linequality/nil/2580893

I can't access certain sites and sometimes sites won't load. I had a talktoqwest agent call me, and he had no idea whats going on. He even said a tech wouldn't help either. So WTF am i paying for internet that isn't working correctly.

I can't access adobe.com, xbox.com, opendns.com, microsoft.com and various random websites. I tried changing the dns servers to opendns, so it's not a dns issue either. I can access the sites through a proxy just fine.

I have tracerts and ping tests also here:

Re: Disconnections, Timeouts with 7mb

I'm having this same issue! microsoft.com, msn.com, myspace.com, newegg.com, cnet.com, few other random websites as well. I've tried from multiple devices as well, including a brand new G1. No such luck.

Strange enough, some of the sites will ping back and traceroute as fine but still refuse to load, while others just completely time out.

I'm having the same problems but there seems to be a specific window of time ( 6pm - 10PM) where connectivity goes to zero. I'm runninga constant ping with 96 to 150ms response then it jumps to 2500 to 3100ms then it goes dead. The tech is sending a new router. I'm not sure what that will do to help. If not then i'm running back to comcast

Same issue here. Qwest said it was the modem. Tried a different modem, same issue. It just seems to drop out randomly.
