rewire a dsl

My wires broke when I had to remove my dsl filter. I have a excelsus Z-blocker model Z-33W. I need to know where to resolder them.
ie: red wire to
Green wire to.

Pictures are always nice. If there are only two choices polarity on phone is not usually crucial.
