[BC] random lag spikes

My speeds are all fine but I will get these random spikes where my ping goes from like 20 to 400-800 and it stays like that for a few minutes... Today it went to 3000 and lasted around 10 minutes.



I can't really have these unexpected spikes when I'm in a hurry.
