Aberdeen, MD | Help Vonage sucking up all my bandwith?
Every time I make a call My ping goes tru the roof? My Conection is 15 down and 1.5 up.as soon as I hang up it goes back to norml? I went to vonage CP and lowerd bandwith but still no luck any help please |

| You don't say what Vonage adapter you're using, but if it's controlling your connection (providing QOS, first device connected to your modem) then that's not unusual. Using a different router to share your connection with the adapter would help, at the possible risk of having call issues (other party hears your side sound choppy). |

Aberdeen, MD | thx for the help. I changed the conection from modem going to the router first rather than the vonage adapter. and that fixed it. |
