I've been using storage.to, rapidshare and megadownload for a little while now (all premium paid for account(s)), and I'm curious as to why the speed is limited to about 1.17 mbps (anyone else seeing this problem). No matter what I change in the settings of my downloader I can never get better speeds than this. Is it a collective agreement among bulk serves to limit the speed or is this something done on Rogers end?
-Clarification. Using a downloader like Orbit or Jdownloader. |

H0H 0H0 | Are you reading that speed as MBps or Mbps?
1.17 MBps = 9.26 Mbps which is pretty darned close to 10. |
