| reply to TSI Gabe The plans aren't that great. They're pretty similar to what you'll get from Rogers/Fido, although that 2GB pales in comparison to the 6GB and tethering that Fido/Rogers had for a limited time around the launch of the 3G and 3GS.
It looks like Bellus is going to compete with Rogers/Fido by simply offering the same plan rather than actually trying to undercut them. |

EDIT - Fine print (Quebec users pay 40 cents more, the system access fee is nearly 7 bucks. You must OPT out of paper billing to save 2 dollars...etc. ):
Available with compatible devices, within coverage areas available from Bell (HSPA) and its partners network coverage areas where technology permits. Long distance and roaming charges (including foreign taxes) may apply outside your local area. Airtime charges (and long distance charges, if applicable) apply (a) for calls you make, from the time you press "Send" until you press "End" or otherwise disconnect your call; and (b) for calls you receive, from the moment the calling party initiates the call, including ring time, until you press "End" or otherwise disconnect the call. As of December 1, 2009 a new municipal tax will apply in Quebec to help fund 911 emergency centres set at 40 cents/mo. by the Quebec government. Bell Mobility remits the required amount to Revenue Québec. With data use, charges apply if you do not subscribe to a data plan or unlimited Mobile Browser service and fees may apply for features, content and roaming when outside your local area. $6.95 system access fee is available with new activations and to existing customers who agree to a new committed service period (excluding corporate accounts). Paper bill service charge ($2/mo.) applies unless you register for e-bill and cancel your paper bill. Upon early termination, price adjustment charges apply. Subject to change without notice; not combinable with other offers. Taxes extra. Other conditions apply. (3) Simultaneous use of airtime. (4) Applies to local calls and text messages made to and from five designated numbers. (5) Applies to calls and text messages made to and from five designated numbers nationwide. Sent messages include domestic text messages and exclude international, roaming, alerts, premium text messages and messages sent with an instant messaging application. Roaming messages include international GSM, CDMA and US CDMA messages. Received messages include local, international, roaming and service related messages from Bell and exclude premium, alerts or dial-up messages. Out of bundle charges may apply. |

| reply to Thane_Bitter They throw in a "my 5 "deal , well at least there is a company that will offer you UNLIMITED calls for $5/month, which works best with the My5 or unlimited incoming deals.
Also note that airtime begins from the moment you press SEND, till you press end.. WOW -- Jake: "Four fried chickens, and a coke" Elwood: "And some dry white toast, pleas |
